Driver dies in crash at White House gate: Secret Service

In a tragic incident on Saturday night, a driver crashed into a gate at the White House, resulting in a fatal collision. The driver, who has not been identified, was found dead in the vehicle following the crash. Law enforcement authorities are treating the incident as a traffic crash and have stated that there was no threat to the president’s residence.

The vehicle crashed into a security barrier at the intersection of 15th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, according to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department. Despite the security protocols that were implemented, there was no threat to the White House itself.
