We are excited to assume management responsibility for two well-established senior living communities in the Omaha area: Ridgewood and Fountain View, which together comprise a total of 221 apartments.
Ridgewood, located in Bennington, NE, has been providing top-notch independent living, assisted living, and memory care services to the local community for an impressive 12 years. With its inventory of 106 apartments, Ridgewood is known for its nurturing environment and commitment to quality care.
Fountain View, nestled in Omaha, NE, is a cornerstone of senior living with a rich history of 25 years. Offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services, Fountain View is a testament to longevity and excellence in senior care. Its 115 apartments have been cherished homes for residents over the years.
These communities will be introduced under our existing brand, Ridgewood by Heritage and Fountain View by Heritage. This transition signifies a change in management as well as a dedication to upholding the legacy of care and community that both Ridgewood and Fountain View have meticulously built over the years.
