Headed by industry veteran Jim Larsen, this office will specialize in placing professionals within the Automotive Industry in Engineering, Sales, and Program Management positions.
Jim Larsen, a seasoned executive in the Automotive industry with a strong background in sales and engineering, will bring his expertise to lead FPC of Farmington Hills. His projects will include custom talent acquisition, talent pipeline management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping, and succession planning.
Jim holds a degree from Eastern Michigan University and has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as LeddarTech, Mobis North America, Alps Electric, and Methode Electronics. Most recently, he was a Business Unit Manager for Hana Automotive.
