Natalie F. Seals, a distinguished professional from Plainfield, New Jersey, has been selected as the Woman of the Month for December 2023 by P.O.W.E.R. (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized) for her remarkable achievements in the logistics/procurement field.

With an extensive background in food safety-quality assurance, food facility auditing, and food distribution compliance, Natalie F. Seals has made significant contributions to the food manufacturing, production, storage, and distribution sectors, both in civilian and military contexts, as well as globally. Her experience as a food safety consultant and foodborne illness investigator further showcases her expertise and dedication to her field.

Natalie’s journey in the field of food safety began during her service in the military, where she received training in public health and became a certified food safety specialist. After her honorable discharge, she pursued a degree in food safety, and is currently pursuing her MSN/MPH and RN at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, with the aspiration of becoming a nurse practitioner specialty license as a nurse anesthetist and traveling the world in that capacity.

In addition to her professional achievements, Natalie is an active member of several professional organizations, including the ASQ, N.F.R.S.P., and N.E.H.A., and holds multiple certifications in the food safety and compliance field. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys reading, traveling, and practicing martial arts, and she also holds a Lean Six Sigma (green belt).
