Lee brings with him extensive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. His background includes executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping, and succession planning. Lee holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA in Operations from Webster University. Prior to joining FPC, Lee served as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain for North America for Rotork, and has held senior-level executive positions at renowned companies FDH Velocitel, Idex Corporation, and Ingersoll Rand. Additionally, Lee opened his own consulting firm, Brooks Business Group, where he assisted small businesses in improving their profit margins through the implementation of operational improvement strategies.
