This new office will be owned and operated by Brice Freer, an experienced executive with over 15 years of expertise in Supply Chain and the Life Sciences industries, as well as a strong background in Business Development and Marketing.
The focus of FPC of Allentown will be on executive searches for Supply Chain and Business Development roles within the Life Sciences sector. Brice will spearhead the office’s projects, which will include custom talent acquisition, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping, and succession planning.
Brice Freer is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. With leadership experience in both large enterprise organizations and small to medium corporations, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to this new venture.
