FPC of Marietta, GA Opens to Specialize in Aerospace & Defense Sector

This new office, owned by Todd Kemp, will focus on the Aerospace & Defense sector and specialize in placing professionals in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Geospatial Intelligence, and Program Management roles.
With a background in the United States Air Force, Todd brings extensive experience in sales, project management, and recruitment to his new role. His responsibilities will include executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping, and succession planning.
Todd’s 23 years of service in the Air Force included deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University’s Master Certificate Program, as well as degrees in Information Technology and Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Todd currently resides in Mableton, GA with his wife Carol.
When asked about his decision to open an office with FPC, Todd expressed his desire to combine his passion for helping others with the opportunity to own a for-profit business. He sees FPC as a way to support his family while also giving back to fellow veterans and first responders. Todd’s enthusiasm and work ethic align with FPC’s values, making him an ideal addition to the FPC family.
