The Shareholders’ Nomination Board has recommended to the AGM planned for April 18, 2024 that the company’s Board of Directors should have seven members.
It is proposed that the current members of the Board of Directors, Juha Kalliokoski, Terho Kalliokoski, Antti Mäkelä, Harri Sivula, and Jaana Viertola-Truini be re-elected. Maren Kroll and Kati Riikonen are nominated as new members of the Board.
The Shareholders’ Nomination Board also recommends that Terho Kalliokoski be re-elected as Chairperson of the Board of Directors and for Harri Sivula to be re-elected as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors. All proposed nominees have given their consent to the position. According to the board’s evaluations, Juha Kalliokoski is dependent on the company and its significant shareholders, while the other nominees are independent.
